Established in 1915, a family-held real estate developer and manager of commercial, residential and mixed-use buildings. Marquee buildings include One Bryant Park (Bank of America Tower), One Five One (151 West 42nd Street), One World Trade Center and the award-winning VIA 57 WEST.
I concepted and designed this brochure for business development so they have a tool when pitching commercial tenants to rent residential apartments. This project is an award winner in the 2022 GDUSA Annual Awards Showcase for brochure design.
Vinyl wraps the building along 12th Avenue and 57th Street and is visible from the West Side Highway and across the Hudson River in New Jersey.
In 2018, The Durst Organization launched Well& By Durst, a tenant amenity brand at One Five One featuring a reimagined Frank Gehry-designed food hall, meeting space and curated events. In May 2020, the company went through a brand refresh before expanding to the 64th floor at One World Trade Center.

A series of labels for a small family winery in Australia. I won a design contest with these labels on 99designs.
This is the first design contest I won on 99designs — a wine label for a northern California winery.
These labels were finalists in a design contest through 99designs. My design inspiration for this organic, handcrafted salsa brand was vintage Mexican rodeo posters.
I redesigned the Durst Honey label in 2018 so the logo was more inline with The Durst Organization branding. For a little fun I added the bee illustration.
This is a personal project I created for an portfolio class at School of Visual Arts. I created a line of gummy candies using a red, green and blue color palette. Above are initial sketches and the final product.
